Tastes fresh, but definitely skip the spicy tuna -- it's the cheap mush that's inside grocery store spicy tuna rolls. The cubed ahi and the salmon were good. Too bad you can't choose more than 1 sauce.

Tuna was not fresh. I wound up throwing my bowl out because it tasted off and I didn't feel great the rest of the day.
