Doordash let me order even though they were closed, did not recieve the hot Ghirardelli® Hot Chocolate but they were so sweet about the fact that my order came in a half hour after they'd closed for the day and gave me the donuts they'd had available and an extra as well.

Much better experience than other Krispy Kremes I've been to, very nice night staff and I'd like to especially give kudos to the employee and manager that worked with me and my driver to fulfil the order, the two that worked last night deserve a raise imo, I would've been absolutely furious if it were me so I genuinely appreciate them. 

The Rasberry Jelly Donut I got in my 3 Count Build Your Own Doughnuts was especially tasty and just the sort of treat I'd been craving, very soft, very good jelly, and I love that the glaze wasn't really sticky like some glazes are! 

I would definitely order from this Krispy Kreme again, just next time I would double check to make sure they aren't actually closed lol.

I have only had Krispy Kremes from fundraisers, so I've never had any that have been made fresh or any other than the original glazed doughnut. Oh my goodness! There really is a difference between the ones you get that have been frozen and the fresh ones. These are incredible! The only thing I wish is that they hadn't sold out of the other two varieties I'd wanted so quickly. I would have loved to try the caramel and the cheesecake.

Some of the donuts were very hard. I know we ordered late in the day but day old donuts are softer than some of these donuts I received... Not fresh from that day

I ordered a dozen build your own donuts for my daughter & her co-workers who are nurses and they gave them 8 glazed donuts and 4 assorted donuts! I picked each donut I wanted for this order so how did you mess this order up? There was supposed to be Chocolate custard, Chocolate Cream, Jelly Filled, Cinnamon apple filled & like 3 glazed donuts!!

My order was not ready like the app said and they were out of two items that were supposed to be prepared already. Had to wait 30 mins in line and 10 minutes to get my 1 Build Your Own Dozen and Iced Apple Crisp Latte.
