Was hesitant to order a medium rare steak home...EPIC was epic and it came home the perfect temp. All the sauces (even the salad dressing) are so good and the potato purée is a must.

the 14 oz. Ribeye was barely cooked. I don't even think it was cooked enough to be considered rare and I ordered medium rare. The Beef Tartare was good but I guess in fairness that required no cooking lol
