Arch burger was still pink on the inside

My drinks were the wrong size and there was not extra ice in them like I requested. There was actually hardly any ice in them at all. Also the food was pretty cold. I didn't end up eating more than a few of the fries. I know it can be better because it has been so it's not just because it was a delivery.
