Why is the Chicken Chalupa Supreme® so perfect? I've never found one at a Mexican restaurant that is better. Paired with one Crunchy Taco Supreme® and a Soft Taco and you have a full on fine dining experience. It's my death row meal besides my mom's chicken and dumplings.

This is the worst Taco Bell i have ever come into contact with! Poorly made, low quality. This was a reorder, bc the first attempt . I received the smallest burrito you've ever seen with almost nothing inside.  my coworkers laughed when they saw it, bc it was so comically small. When Iopened  the burrito, it looked like someone barely smeared a half teaspon of chili in there. I asked for extra cheese. There was barely any cheese. It was essentially a soft taco sized tortilla and nothing else. DD gave me a $4 refund, which didn't even cover for me to have it delivered again. I had to pay another $6 to cover another tip and delivery fee on top of the credit they gave me. I called their store to complain, and the mgr didn't even apologize. Was very rude. I work in the food service industry as a mgr myself, and I couldn't believe this experience. I also got cinamin twists on my original order. I didn't reorder those  bc I assumed that those would be ok. It was only after the fact I tasted them and realized they were cooked in  horribly burnt and old  grease. They tasted bitter and disgusting and completely inedible. I had to throw those away. I cannot say emphatically enough  how bad this experience was.

The Soft Taco Supreme®and Spicy Potato Soft Taco were barely wrapped m, fell apart when they were opened, and had almost nothing in them. The Grilled Cheese Burrito and Crunchwrap Supreme® were good.

everything was pretty horrible.
seemed like untrained hands portions were terrible and the cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito looked like dog food looked old dehydrated. rice was rock hard. quasodilla was all sauce no chicken. 10 out 10 dont recommend.

Nachos were all tiny pieces.  Not a full one in the bunch.  As always, hardly any meat on Crunchy Taco.  Soft Taco was warm, lukewarm.  Thank goodness for Cinnamon Twists they were great
