Food is always hot and fresh which means a lot! Most of the time they don't follow instructions on no sauce on my tacos or don't give me the buttermilk that I pay extra for. However, they always send hot and fresh food

Burger was tiny and very sloppy made and packaged horribly and the sauce on the burger is just a mountain of ketchup.

this sandwich looked absolutely nothing like the representative photo. it was way smaller than it appeared and had fewer toppings than I was expecting, making it overpriced for what it was.
