Mac and cheese was delicious and still hot enough to almost burn my mouth after it was delivered. Sandwich was flavorful and a decent size. I'm not even the biggest bbq fan but this is one of the best meals I've ever had

Brisket was okay. We asked for lean and it was pretty dry, but still had fat on it. We always get lean brisket at bbq places and it's not this dry. Beans were like a soup. Coleslaw has a very strong vinegar flavor. Sweet bbq sauce was not good at all, had an odd flavor and I can't figure out what it was.

YUM! This was my first time trying "The Inked Pig"! I ordered 5 oz of everything to try it out. Please understand I have had collard greens from so many places and they can just never seem to get it right. The Slow Cooked Collard Greens with House Bacon is INSANELY delicious, and I'm upset I didn't order more. The Brunswick Stew also tasted good, I should have ordered cornbread to go with it. The Southwestern Style Cream Corn was a tossup for me, but I really liked it! I'm excited to try other stuff from The Inked Pig! Definitely give this place a try!
