Usually love this place, but my Electric Mermaid- Pitaya Bowl* tasted kind of off today, wonder if they used stale ingredients? Also some, not all, of the pineapple looked like it came from a can, and the mangoes were green and crunchy (which tbh wasn't terrible since the rest of the bowl is pretty sweet)

This location is very stingy with their açaí portion. Have ordered twice and both times received a less than half full container.

Received bowls horribly prepared, half empty and barely any base. The Acai base was brown and not purple. This is the second time I receive an empty base bowl, last time it was full of granola and no base. I added photos for reference, the last one is how the bowls used to be prepared. Would definitely not recommend Playa Bowls anymore. I was a loyal customer through door dash and store this Union City pick up location but I guess its time to try Acai Ya Later.

Put coconut flakes when I specified not to, less fruit and too much açai in bowl. I've ordered this exact thing many times before so I know how it should be.
