I ordered a Matcha Latte received a regular brown coffee they are two completely different colors. Also ordered an Apple Fritter and a Coffee Roll never received my Apple Fritter. I do physically go into this store on a regular basis and three out of five times my order is wrong when the guys are working. I do not know how they still have their job.

The coffee is awful every time. Either burned or underbrewed. They actually got the rest of the order right for once. That's unusual for this location.

Both Coffee's were made completely wrong! No flavor at all. Workers are not following the flavor directions.
