The one and only place I'll order poke from. I always get tuna and it's always fresh. Plus the miso soup is to die for. Good portions!! Love love poke !

Hi, I’m very disappointed with this order and would like to request a refund for this bowl.
I paid for a large bowl and added extra ingredients, but what I received was mostly rice. There is far too much rice compared to everything else.
I also added an extra sauce, but it wasn’t included at all.
There are barely any crab shreds, very little corn, and very few shrimp, even though I specifically selected two portions of shrimp. The fish portions also seem very unbalanced—there is a lot of tuna, but very little salmon.
Overall, the bowl is mostly rice with much smaller portions of the ingredients I paid for. I’ve attached a photo showing the issue.
Because the order did not match what I paid for, I’d like to request a full refund for this bowl. Thank you.

Very dry rice, they put four very small octopus circles on my plate, is that how it should be? I don't think so. But they put more cucumber on it than necessary.

Lettuce was wilted. Poke didn't taste fresh. ALS for what I paid the bowl was very skimpy and not enough of my choice of protein. Whoever prepared my meal literally gave me 2 pieces of tofu!

Theres a Poke Go near me but it wasnt open yet. Im not sure if that location is affiliated with the downtown LA location. I wish I just waited to order from the location I normally order from. the food tasted good and seemed fresh. My issue is the portion sizes. I got a large bowl which has 4 scoops of protein. They must have thee TINIEST scooper ever because for $20 this was not a good amount of food. I feel like I got a small bowl. Portions arent generous at all. Progably wont order from this location again.
