Bones in the sashimi, sashimi is often sliced incorrectly, the rice was partially dry. The fish is high quality- and they do an excellent job sourcing that, certainly the highest in Boulder, but the preparation has been consistently poor every time I've gone or ordered from there.

Honestly, nearly $16 for 2 pieces of salmon sashimi and $16 for 2 pieces of eel (the eel was sauceless, pale and tasted very fishy), and nearly $15 for a Cali roll is diabolical. I spent almost $80 for a Cali roll and 2 pieces of salmon and 2 pieces of eel, which both tasted mediocre for the price provided. Honestly would never order sushi from here again, I have eaten sushi at many restaurants and you can get endlessly higher quality fish for 1/3rd the price.

Small expensive proportions, Salmon Nigiri smelled and tasted funny like petroleum. Miso Soup was small and tasted ok.Tiny side White Rice and tiny Seaweed Salad. Tuna Jalapeño Avocado Roll was pathetically small with narrow slices. Shrimp Tempura Roll would be ok if it was bigger portion for the price. Meh.

Packaging for pick-up meals is outstanding, ensuring food remains the high quality and freshness it has as if you were dining in the restaurant. Portion of edamame was phenomenal and sushi was filling. Food was ready in 20min. I will order again.
