My omlette is always great! I wish you'd provide more strawberries for my strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Its only enough for half a pancake. Barely any toppings compared to when I eat inside.

the food is great,don't get me wrong, but the Harrisonburg VA location is not great. I ordered a full stack (the only thing I got for myself) and received a half stack + I bought a strawberry iced tea and received a plain lemonade. also, when the meal was being prepared I tried to call into the restaurant for a special request. I called around 5 times within a 30 minute period without a single answer. It's also worth mentioning that I'm a dasher myself and every time I show up for an order I have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for it and I'm late.
My dasher was great, my pancakes and my wife's omelette were exceptional, just wish the hburg ihop would pull it together.
tldr; bad service, great food.

Sirloin Steak Tips & Eggs Eggs were overcooked and the beef tips had been left sitting in water somehow. They just smush when you press on them. I-Hop seriously needs to invest in some decent cooks and quality food

The steak and eggs is absolutely disgusting. The steak was over cooked and tasted "sweet" a complete waste of a $50 doordash order.

I am usually very understanding when it comes to food orders, but when you order your food without an ingredient and your food arrives with it on it gets annoying. The Pepper Jack Patty Melt was terrible and cold. The patty was much smaller than the bread and I ordered it without the jalapeños and I got it with the jalapeños. I ordered the Sharp Cheddar Mac & Cheese and that arrived cold as well. No flavors or seasoning and extremely dry. Seriously guys you gotta do better this was terrible. I would not recommend if this is how it's going to come prepared.
