I tried the Salmon Silvestre . I did not even realize they had salmon, but it was sooooo good!!! The salmon was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I was definitely impressed! I got the seafood sauce on the side just incase I didn't like it but it kind reminded me of a tomato soup. it wasn't bad either.

They always look out for me! The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the portions are solid. The homemade crema is a must—so good. Definitely one of my go-to spots, and I’ll always come back.

the Chicken Breast Tacos (2) were really good and had was full of chicken and cheese. only issue i had was that they didnt include the mild or spicy  sauce. the Steak & Cheese Sub didnt have any flavor and the lettuce was wilted but it could've been due to the sandwich being hot.  However i will give them credit for having a lot of meat on it, but I dont think I'd get this again.

Ordered Carne Al Jalapeño.  Over salted. I tried, but just can not eat much of it.  Mixed vegetables have no seasoning.  Spicy cabbage the best part.  Totally uneven meal. Big portions though.  Silversters is typically reliable. Very disappointing.

Overall, very good dish.  The portions were decent  size, meat was tender, the veggies were fresh.  Although I didn't use the accompanying sauces, a bit more seasoning or spices during preparation would've certainly improved the meal's flavor.  Nevertheless, really enjoyed it and will likely order again.
