I intermittent fasting and eat low carb-- Carson Kitchen has saved me so much time and energy. I probably order once a week, sometimes more, and their steelhead Stealhead Trout with the Grape & Burrata last me 2 - 3 days of meals. Kitchen is super consistent and they always reserve their judgement about how often they see my face 😂 Carson Kitchen is the bees knees and if they ever bring back their butter burger, this girly will be happily wrappin' it in lettuce all day long.

The NY strip had a bunch of inedible fat. It was cooked well
done when I asked for medium. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE fo that to be the case. Mac and cheese was good though.

A year ago, my meal from here was magical. Today it was epically awful. Whoever selected and then prepared the Cocoa-Espresso NY Strip should no longer be in food service. It was so bad that I am literally looking at it sitting on my floor because even my dogs refuse to eat it. Nothing from my entire order warrants any positive feedback. I'm incredibly disappointed because my last order was so good, but wow. What happened?
