Ordered giant turkey tom for $17. When received, it had very little meat n was very thin n skimpy. Store was contacted, n they seemed to know this was a problem. The manager just kept repeating that this was the portion. I am very dissatisfied, n will never spend money here again. This completely misrepresents the word giant. I saw many complaints on google, yet jimmy john seems to not care about the product they put out. Never again!

I have never received a stale sandwich from Jimmy John's until today. The bread was hard to bite into and incredibly dry on my #10 HUNTER’S CLUB® . I will order again because it's my favorite sandwich, but what happened today?
