Only constructive criticism is usually there enough meat to cover the whole sandwich but this time was only 2/3. Taste is good though.

Paid extra for a "freebie" (jimmy peppers) only to get about 4 on the whole sandwich. Goes well with the 3 cucumbers. Not sure when Jimmy Johns started getting skimpy with their food, but I'm not impressed considering they're sandwiches are almost $10 after tax.

Food was AWFUL! Tuna sandwich was horrific - no condiments on bread, tuna tasted disgusting. Salt & Vinegar Jimmy Chips & cookie were good. Unfortunately, one can't make a meal of chips & a cookie!

Charged me twice and refused to refund - told me to take it up with the credit card company! I would not recommend this place!
