everything was PHENOMENAL!! The Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich had the perfect amount of heat and that Baconator® had my taste buds rejoicing in sweet harmony, plethora of crispy bacon and juicy fresh never frozen beef.. hallelujah! 5 stars!

The Baconator is exactly what you expect—juicy, meaty, and loaded with crispy bacon. The beef patties are well-seasoned, and the melted cheese ties everything together perfectly. Definitely a solid choice if you’re craving something hearty.
The Baconator Fries were decent, but they could have been hotter and crispier. The cheese and bacon topping were great, but the fries got a bit soggy during delivery. If they could improve the texture, they’d be perfect.

No jalapeno pooper sandwich included in bag after arrival. sucks spending 15 bucks on food and the one sandwich that costs half of the order price wasn't included.
bag appeared to have original seal intact. is there a way to get a refund for the sandwich I never got?
