No straw, no napkins, a small iced vanilla coffee.. I ordered a medium.. kind of disappointing. The food tasted good.

Although the Iced French Vanilla Latte is always delicious; I would appreciate it when I order it as Large if it could be delivered as a large! It is always just a medium. It's an annoyance since it is extra for a large and in this time every penny counts. Other than that all was fine.

I was dissappointed that I got a small iced coffee not medium like I oredered and I asked for extra ice...no extra ice and no straw. I couldn't eat my sandwich because the egg yoke was solid gray. Scary. For the pancakes there wasn't any syrup...

Basket of Fries were over cooked. The Big Mac buns also were over cooked. The hamburgers were decent. Very poor quality food these days from this location.

Gave me a plain Big Mac when that was not what I ordered. There was no lettuce , cheese or onions. Was just 3 pieces of bread sauce and meat. Very disappointed.
