This is the second time I have been a victim of bait and switch. I ordered two 8 ounce tubs of Side of Cream Cheese for almost $6 and what I receive is two 2 ounce hand packed containers of cream cheese. See photos below.

I don't know how bagels purchased at 6am can be as hard as a rock. Don't know how they can market as "New York" style bagels when the ones in New York are guaranteed fresh.

Our favorite is the western egg sandwich with jalapeño bagel! Ordered side of hash browns out of curiosity, I would describe it as a little hash brown and cheese ball. Place is always fast making our breakfast!

Paid extra for sun dried tomato spread and asked for it on both sides of bagel. Barely got any and only on one side
