• 24-11-03This was probably one of the best orders I have gotten from La Enchilada, the Tortas (Mexican Sandwich) was basically overflowing with fillings, the Camaron (Shrimp) and Quesa Birria ( Stewed Beef) tacos were on point (which I've came to expect from here), and the Horchata - Large was filled to the brim and good as always. This was an easy 5 out of 5 star experience, it was a little bit pricey, but if that's what I have to pay for good mexican around here then thems the brakes.

• 25-12-15As a truck driver i was not expecting these tacos to be that good being in middle of nowhere. But they are probably second best next to california tacos. The steak and pastor was well seasoned and juicy and home made tortillas with a perfect side salsa that wasn't to spicy but gave it a kick.

• 25-12-07The Torta/Mexican Sandwich (with Choice Of Meat) is easily my favorite item on the menu. Not my first time ordering from here. The Torta is definelty a two handed sandwich, it is HUGE. As well as the Taco Platter, easily enought to satisfy my insatiable fiancé. The Tresleches Cake tastes so light refreshing very good way to end. I would have added a phto of the Taco Platter but my fiance alrwady ate them! Will beordering again!

• 26-02-27The chili rellenos is the best in all of Bismarck!! No, absolutely no other restaurant makes it as well. I 've had it with both the red sauce and the green sauce. I know because I'm from SF, CA where there are more authentic Mexican food restaurants.

• 24-12-20Food looks and tastes amazing!! Asada (Steak) taco was absolutely fantastic, Horchata - Large tastes just the way it should not too sweet not too bitter, Quesabirria Platter was very good, very juicy, meat was perfect. Highly recommend!!!
