I had the sliced brisket dinner with Jacks potatoes and macaroni salad. The brisket was moist and tender and Jack's potatoes never disappoint.

Have to say, the portions are big.The ribswere tender but the rub was"mid" the mac and cheesewas also was "mid". The backed beans wete the best I have had in awhile.

Ribs were tough. not smoked long enough. needed a knife to get the fat off of meat and meat off of bones.

Meat was dry. Not properly spiced for bbq... weird flavor. Sides were mediocre.
