Terrible quality of items. I ordered the Asian Zensation Zalad™ and barely had any ingredients in my salad, just a bunch of teriyaki sauce. On top of that, my order was delayed almost 20 minutes. I won't be ordering from them again.

The chicken was fully cooked. The fries were fried in fresh oil which potatoes were not comprised from its original taste. The sauce was tasteful, spicy and enjoyable.

Zaxby's is always good. Our food arrived hot and fresh. My only complaint is that they never give 2 ranch instead of 1 zax sauce and 1 ranch. I should have made the Extra Sauce be ranch so that the person ordering the Boneless Wings & Things would have 2 ranch sauces like we ordered. I still give 5 stars because the order was ready on time and yummy.
