The flavor is always on point but the size of salmon and amount they give of white rice compared to yellow rice for over $20 just don't seem worth it sometimes.

Food was delicious and that's exactly what I expected from El Pueblito.. Forgot to take a picture but my compliments to the chef and staff there. It's always a pleasure having lunch or dinner there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I sometimes meet people there for dinner - best kept secret in Bridgeport!

Quality of this restaurant has really gone down, which is unfortunate because it used to be one of my go-to's. Lomo Saltado was fatty, the Arepa Con Queso Y Carne was dry and overcooked, and the sweet plantains were dry and undercooked. Really disappointed. Only redeeming thing was the Aguacate Relleno con Camarones.

We didn't receive the children's bandeja we ordered and the beans tasted a little like dish soap. We were surprised, since everything is usually so good from El Pueblito. The steak, and the super bandejas were excellent as usual.

When you order it comes with a blanket of yellow rice, i ask for a substitution for white rice and i get a little packed bowl speck of rice and a little piece of salmon for 24 dollars. That's a little unsettling, getting half of what you pay for.
