I've eaten at Firehouse for years & this is the first time I didn't like the sub. It was so dry & I think that was the reason. There was very little mayo on it. I usually received more meat. Just seemed like I was eating a lettuce & onion sub. I usually order a different sub. There was a special BOGO but I learned not to do that again. Yes I will still order from Firehouse just won't order the Hook & Ladder. Potato Soup was delicious.
Will take my free sub home & add more to it.

If I would've thought about taking a picture before eating it, I would have. This brisket sandwich was super delicious and was excellent quality. Definitely would highly recommend

The amount of mayo is revolting to the point I had to throw it away. Ridiculous that you didn't have an option for light dressing.
