My husband was having a rough day so I ordered him one of his favorite pizzas, the 11" Porky Fig , and also got a Caesar Salad (Side) for us to share because I wasn't that hungry. He devoured most of the pizza and loved every bite; he loves the sweet, savory, and lil bit of funk (from the gorgonzola) flavors all melding together.
And we both really enjoyed the Caesar! For a side salad, it was a decent size, and even though the ingredients are few and basic (as a Caesar salad is), it tasted great! If I'm eating a salad, I need that CRONCHY lettuce, and their romaine had it! I don't think their Caesar dressing is house made (at least it didn't say it was on the menu), but whatever kind they use is really tasty--I wish I would have gotten an extra one--and the shaved parmesan was beautiful.

Pizza barely had any toppings. (Cheese, chicken, bean corn salsa or bbq sauce. Been ordering Southwest BBQ Chicken for about 20 Yrs now...so we know what the norm is for this pizza's toppings. Side House salad had 1 tiny goat cheese crumble and not enough dressing. Way too pricey to be skimping on the Main item ingredients. We basically paid $40 for bread and lettuce.

Dewey's is the best pizza in STL! We had the 17" Meatball add pesto and its dynamite. The Entree Harvest salad is always good; we love the dressing on it. I recommend Dewey's 11/10. And bonus? There's always leftovers!

Pizza dough was slightly undercooked. Crust as thicker than usual. cheese was sparse and sauce unevenly spead. The issue is that the quality of the pizza is inconsistent. Sometimes its good, sometimes it's very mediocre. It's very expensive pizza considering the inconsistent quality. Like sometimes the pizza is bad.

I'm so happy to find a good gf pizza. The crust is very satisfying and the toppings on the Edgar Allan Poe make a delicious pizza.
