Always a great cut of sirloin, very fair portion with 2 sides considering costing only about 19$

Crab Cake- good,sweet potato - good, onion ring- good but cold. Steak tips - chewy, salad great, scampi - burned, baked potato-good. Not one of the better dinners Hoss's usually serves.

Kid's Choice Black Angus Tips was good but the meat was pretty tough. The Onion Rings ,and salad were good

I don't know how was steak was made. but the meat was unchewable! I don't think it's meant to be eaten by humans. I feel cheated that I spent 25+ dollars for it! didn't even get refund.
P.S: the baked potato and the mashed potatoes were good
