Best ramen I've had in Houston. The Build-Your-Own list is impressive with more than enough options for the curious eater (they told me I was only the second customer to add all the ingredients!) If I had to recommend a single item for any food skeptics/kids, it would be the Shuya broth, crispy chicken and wide noodles. Holy bananas. Simple yet elegant. Delicious yet humble. Unassuming but Royal.
Wait staff was great too, lots of smiles and they did a great job explaining the menu in a way my 4 kids could grasp. Highly recommend this place!

There is nothing inside, except noodles and a few bamboo shoots, which is seriously inconsistent with the image and not worth the price at all.
