I am a truck driver and order this in door dash.
I've had firehouse before my wife loves them so I ordered tonight thinking it would be a good choice . To my delight this was an amazing experience the food was legend and amazing thank you so so much for your life changing food ;)

one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time bread with soft everything was wonderful the sandwich could have been a little bit bigger but it's fine it was was wonderful fresh is that an absolutely order it againHook & Ladder.®

Ordered a Smokin honey chicken sub. Stated it came with caramelized onions, tender green and red peppers. Not one vegetable had hit a grill. Had to deconstruct and cook the veggies and reassemble. NO GOOD!!

Food is alright but nowhere near as good as it used to be many years ago. Value for your money, especially with my most recent order is horrible. Nothing like 4oz of mac and cheese for almost $7
