Molletes con carne way to big, It looks exactly like the picture but ordering it to go was not bad. Everything else was delicious the churros are amazing the fajitas were amazing!!!!!!

The nachos I ordered were small and skimpy. They were tortilla shells not chips. By the time they got to me they were luke warm. For $15 the portion was awful. First time eating here and not sure if I'll be back.

ice cold. i use to love el cortez. the chicken is ice cold and tastes like it's from a can. its not even seasoned. but they sure charged me $20 for these. even the rice and beans were cold. its a 10 min drive to my house.

So surprised to see the bad reviews. We order food from here often and it's always perfect. Love the cheese enchiladas with either the suiza or the poblano sauce, steak tacos and the quesadillas are also good. We love the cheese dip and the guacamole is always good too. Churros are hot and fresh. Food is pretty basic Mexican, but consistently good. If you are there in person, the margaritas are also great!
