I ordered the 4-Pack. Two cookies were very fresh and still slightly warm. The other two had clearly been refrigerated and were cold to the touch. As far as taste, the cookies were good.

One of the cookies was broken and i believe i was sent the mini size instead of regular. Would never order again.
