I don't know why - it could very well be completely 'The Human Bean' coffee shops fault, but the coffees I ordered were supposed to be '16oz Snowy Mochas' x2 and instead were amaretto or something. Definitelynot what I ordered. I don't want a refund or a return or anything, but some clarification in the future by both the establishment and driver would be good since I'm effectively paying over $10 per cup of 12 ounce coffees with the tip included. close to a dollar per ounce.
