• 24-11-03I selected/paid for a bowl of soup. Rather than giving me two cups, they gave me two cookies (that ifidnt ask for), im assuming to make up for the fact that they gave me a cup instead of a bowl. Although I do appreciate the effort to make up for it, more soup would have been the more appropriate solution. I didnt want cookies. Ive tried to try potbelly as a first timer twice via door dash and both experiences were... strange. Tasted the soup. Soup is fire, which upset me even more.
