This is one of our “go to” Viet restaurant in Vancouver. #7 House Special Pho was excellent, very nice broth. Prawn & spring roll vermicelli and beef & spring roll vermicelli were big portions and very tasty. We got 4 prawns and they were good size of prawns. Viet Lemon drinks were refreshing. Ice Viet coffee with condensed milk was okay. The coffee tasted a touch bitter, didn’t taste the condensed milk at all. 3 beans with coconut milk drink was okay. Red beans with coconut milk we ordered last time was nicer than the 3 beans.

Good food and friendly staff. The broth for Pho #7 and #8 are both very tasty at Hoang Yen! Spring rolls are awesome too!

Hoang Yen made the best Pho broth! Spring rolls were also good. Chicken and spring roll with vermicelli was delicious. Will order again!
