I enjoy my entire meal!! I'll have leftovers for lunch and dinner tomorrow. The mother clicker chicken burrito is huge, flavorful and did not disappoint. The elote was good I just wish it had more Parmesan cheese in it. Great job guys!! I'll be back!!

Carbon has some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in Chicago. I ordered the Large Elote , Chips & Guacamole , Chicken Quesadilla , Small Rice, Small Black Beans , and the Campechano Burrito , and every dish delivered on flavor. The Elote was smoky, creamy, and seasoned just right. The guacamole tasted fresh with plenty of lime and cilantro. The quesadilla had a great amount of cheese and tender chicken inside, and the rice and beans were the perfect sides to round it out. The standout was definitely the Campechano Burrito — packed with meat, flavorful, and really filling. Everything was well-packaged and still hot when it arrived. This will be one of my go-to spots for Mexican food in the city.

Carbon is literally one of the most delicious and satisfying restaurants I ever had the honor of eating. The Mother Cluckeris a beast of a burrito as a 6'3 300lb man I believe I know when a portion is satisfying. The sauce is delicious and they have a fresh Hot Extra Side Hot Salsa that dances on your taste buds . It compliments the burrito so well . The Chicken Taco is always a hit but I will say it was not as memorable as the burrito , the rice is alright thats probably the only element to the meal that could be improved but none the less it accompanys and compliments the meal respectively . Now the reason I lead with read is because 1 thing and 1 thing only the prices are a bit steep . I will say the food is worth the cost IN RESTAURANT that it comes out to ,but delivery changes the price a bit drastically making it somewhat expensive, now im somewhat inclined to order it again in the future , I will order it again but I do hope they add some promotions or discounts . 4.5/5 stars but only cause the price and rice other than that 5/5.

This is our fourth time ordering Carbon through a delivery service and I am a fan. They are consistent with quality of the food and care in packaging - drinks are taped on the lid and wrapped in aluminum foil before bagging. My friend loves their steak burritos (they are so good!) and I found my fish taco packed with fish, nice slaw to fish ratio. Horchata is delicious and we always split one, satiates the sweet tooth. We will order again and again.

Always very good! The tacos are stuffed with more than enough meat. The Barbacoa tacos are really good. Burritos are filling! Delivery is always fast. The Horchata is a favorite and a must!
