If you're in the mood for something new and different, Habesha Ethopian is a must-try!
We typically get Awaze Tibs, Doro Wat, and the Yesom Beyaynetu (vegetarian combo, I LOVE the cabbage!!!). They give you plenty of the spongy, tangy injera flatbread to scoop it up with (bonus for those with Celiac: Injera is typically gluten free, as it's made with just teff flour, water & yeast).

Ive never had this type of food so I just went for it. The Doro Wot has a nice flavor, just a tiny bit of heat. The chicken inside was cooked absolutely perfect. The flatbread is soft, tastes like sourdough, and they give you a large serving of it.

Kitfo is always fresh and delicious. if you're in the mood for something different this place is a must try
