I keep giving this place a try but they keep disappointing. Horrible customer service, no one even spoke to me. And the grit bowel looks nothing like it's advertised and it's way over priced!

I've ordered the Breakfast Burrito several times. The first two times it was good, but the last 3 times it has not been good. The potatoes are hard over cooked frozen potatoes instead of mostly sweet potatoes. I barely tasted any sausage which I paid extra for. The cheese is not melted at all, and the burrito itself is cold. It's disappointing. The Latte with Honey and Lavendar is good though!

I liked it Half and Half. Since it was a breakfast item coming from Dilworth Community, there should have been TWO eggs not just ONE! I feel like the restaurant Roots Cafe is not aware of Dilworth's reputation and its dignity in Charlotte's Center City.
