Burgers were very flavorful, quality meat. I recommend the brioche bun, which was sweet and buttery. They ignored all customizations, so next time we will stick with the default toppings.

Normally Twisted Root has the best burgers and fries that I have ever had but today the fries were over cooked (like they had been fried many times. There was no tomato on my burger and the bun was too soggy to eat!!

This is the second time I tried this spot and both times have been a problem. The first time I ordered for pickup and then waited an hour past my pick up time. This time I specifically ordered from here to get a gluten free bun on my burger and they swapped lettuce instead, without notifying me, even though the bun is an upcharge and they did not give me what I paid for. I won't eat here again and it's a bummer because nowhere else does a burger with a gluten free bun.

Everything was SO good and perfectly cooked, but the House Made Potato Chips were amazing and the chicken was really tender and juicy.
