The pieces look like the Chicharrón de Cerdo 1 Libra / 1 Pound Fried Pork Rind were left over from the night before. They were not even cooked properly.

It didn't taste fresh. There were parts of the rice that were hard, as if it was refrigerated. The portions were good, but I would order again.
