We LOVE Potbelly. It has taken over as one of our favorite local places. The sandwiches are amazing, fresh and perfect size, my favorite is the Cubano on multigrain bread and I have to say I LOVE their Chicken Pot Pie Soup. We have absolutely been return customers ... multiple times already!!

Normally this potbelly is amazing, not so much today. The mac n cheese was extremely overcooked, the noodles were just mush and a weird brown color. Onto the sandwich, the pickles had weird dark brown spots and were rubbery, I couldnt even bite or rip them...

The worst sandwich or lack there of, I have ever had! Sandwich contained one slice of each meat and the bread was extremely hard to chew. I could not believe the price charged for a sandwich with no heartiness what so ever. I recommend Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, and even Subway, and that says a lot.

The wreck sandwich is such a great buy. Always hits the spot and filling. I have yet to really try anything else because I love this sandwich so much. The banana pudding shake was a nice surprise. To me it tastes like egg nog. I love egg nog. I would get that again as well.

Every time I order these sandwiches they are exceptional, hot, crunchy, loads of ingredients inside!! The chicken pot pie soup is amazing as well!! Thankyou for such an enjoyable lunch!
