I ordered Graham Central Station. Three scoops. There were ZERO graham cracker chunks. I wanted that salty buttery goodness so bad. I paid $8 and didn't even get a crucial part of the ice cream. It wasn't made right. Sad.

Ordered the brownie sundae with a specific ice cream flavor and 2 additional toppings. Received vanilla ice cream and neither of the toppings I paid for. The sundae also does not look like picture with tiny brownie bits instead of one brownie. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered a late night treat for my daughter and I, they were "out of stock" for a Regular Cup with three scoops of pretty generic flavors. instead of offering some other flavors or contacting me, they just marked it as out of stock,didn't charge me, didn't send it. kind of a big bummer that our much anticipated treats came and my childs wasn't in the bag. why wouldn't they atleast offer an alternative or contact me?

none of the cookie dough in the milkshake was blended at all, still in full pieces so when I drank it tasted like milk and all the pieces were stuck in the bottom of the cup.
