We ordered Bulalo and Tokwa't Baboy which is one of the famous dish in Batangas. Ofcourse, we are from Batangas. But they did not met our cravings. Bulalo taste was good and no veggies. Tokwa't Baboy is watery. They used the pork from the sinigang maybe. It should be fried or grilled which is okay. Then we end up having big chunks of pork from sinigang?
