Emanuele Cognetti, the owner of Aldo's Italian Kitchen, was born in Parma, a northern Italian city known for its Parmesan cheese and Parma ham.
"I've been around kitchens and food since I was a baby,"…
This was our first order from Aldo's. The Mozzarella Fritta was fantastic. Chicken Parm was not only very juicy and flavorful, but also a very generous portion. We had the Tiramisu for dessert, and it was creamy and delicious. We will definitely order from them again!

I wished they gave more than 1 slice of tomato. The balsamic dressing taste like vinegar and the Italian dressing taste like oil.

Awful pizza. Never order from this store. Every bit of the pizza from crust to sauce, is tasteless. I added pepperoni, sausage, and cheese. The crustis nothing, the pepper tastes normal, but the sauce? There isnt enough of it to give any flavor. How this place got several stars is beyond me. Go to The Lost Dog in Arlington. It's great! (But too far away from my location.)
