The Dairy-Free Berry Proud Milkshake was amazing. I would order this again. The Impossible™ Lounge Burger was fantastic, especially with the double patty. The burger was still hot when it got to me; the fries reheated nicely. Very filling, though I wish I'd gotten another Dairy-Free Berry Proud Milkshake!

I've ordered from this place forever. This time, the burger was smaller, bun was different (not in a good way), and the fries were not it either. I hope this was just a one off incident since usually everything is great.

The food was amazing as usual. It is pricey, but the BOGO deals (when available) make it reasonable. I like how they keep the meat juicy while it's perfectly grilled. That being said, I think a plastic coated box, or at least an additional half-box at the bottom for double or triple patties is necessary.

Burger is meh. Maybe it's because I ordered late on a Sunday and it's not as fresh as it would be otherwise. The cheese was overdone and tasted wrong. The bun was pretty hard. It wasn't worth the $12 price tag.
The hibiscus lemonade was nice.

That Famous Sandwich (done right!) was real good. Fresh and good Portion. I would try again if it stayes on the menu. BL Western was also very good and juicy as usual; however it should be put in a plastic box.
