I really loved the coffee! I would prefer if there was a cream version for milk, or like heavy cream option and it was a tiny bit bitter for my liking, but that's just preference, overall, I would order again, it was freshly brewed when it got to my home, and the ice survived! Very good.

Ordered: 2 cups of oatmeal latte - both EXTRA HOT.
Received: 1 cup filled with ice and 1 cup, luke warm, 3/4 full.
If the store requires that all customers go through the whole long options menu - then why would it ignore their preferences?? Particularly, if it charges $6 for a plain drink with below mediocre taste?

The matcha was just so milky!! Did not even taste like matcha. For such an expensive drink I was so disappointed

Iced NOLA was strong and flavorful! I ordered without sugar but it still had the sweetness of the drink. Very tasty!

Ordered 2 drinks and neither were labeled so my lactose intolerant sister didn't know which one she could drink especially since they looked identical inside and out. The drinks were packed in a bag so we didn't know they weren't labeled until we had already driven away.
