The food was delicious. The impossible patty was cooked perfectly. The only annoying thing is buying a salad and no kitchenware was included to eat it with and we are staying in a hotel. If that was included this would be 5 stars.

The Burgers were very large which is good.
The issue I had was that it either came medium, which I assume is pink in the middle which I find gross, and well done. I ordered well done and it was overcooked. How about an option of medium well, and for $13 a burger it should be an option.
The bun is whole wheat and some folks can't eat whole wheat and some don't like whole wheat. I am both.
There should be a White Bun option.
For these reasons I can't recommend the Burger.
The French Fries were good, though. Not too flavorful but they were crisp and not soggy.

I was hoping the Lounge burger would be fantastic but I think the Big Mac is tastier! Was just surprised the burger wasn't juicier, prepared medium as requested. The shake was fantastic. I got combo fries and onion rings--taking into account this was delivery so naturally would be a bit soggy, still great taste! But tons of fries, could have split with three people and would've been enough!

Chicken sandwich was bland. I didn't like the bun.
The beef tallow fries were hard as a rock and hardly any salt.
For what I paid I expected a better meal for sure.

Normally burger, lounge burgers are great. I order them regularly, but tonight one side was cooked well done and then raw inside… I will give them this, I contacted them and they said they would refund the money, we'll see if they do
