the cookies and cream milkshake was nothing close to a milkshake. it was like they blended just milk with oreos and dumped it into a cup. the mango smoothie tastes nothing like mango at all. very disappointing and not at all worth the outrageous prices.

My Baskin-Robbins order was delivered incorrectly. Certain ingredients were missing/changed, and no one contacted me to confirm substitutions. I would have preferred to decide myself rather than receive something different without notice. Please issue a credit/refund, and ensure stores are reminded to notify customers if items aren’t available.
