The flavor was good, but for being nearly $4/cookie, I expected them to be bigger. Kind of like expecting hand-tossed pizza crust and getting thin instead.

The peanut butter cookies were dry and over cooked. The chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and oatmeal were cooked perfectly

One cookie from my 6 pack was missing. Others were hard and dry. Only one was actually good - the peanut butter chip.

The cookie was delivered but the ice cream was missing. Called the shop and had to convince the person that I really did want the ice cream that I had bought. Said she would send the ice cream. No further information or tracking. Made a second call and was informed the ice cream had been delivered ( at the downstairs front desk) Good thing it wasn't hot or it would have melted while I waited. They did send a second cookie.
