I did not have time to drive to the store myself today so I thought I'd get a custom Trends Bouquet with ribbon (considering thats what i selected) delivered while I drove home but instead I got plain red roses so nothing really custom about that . It's for my cousins graduation. Red roses coming from me does not really fit the occasion. Pretty red roses but disappointed, definitely not what I was hoping for.

I also don't think it was even a price match, I saw on the store site on here that a dozen red roses is 15.99 and the bouquet I ordered was 23.99. So I'm upset about that too.
