Ordering online and expressly giving consent to charge extra for a customization is apparently not good enough. If they can't reach you then they won't fulfill your request and still charge you for what you don't want.

Speedy and good quality, the hot drinks were hot and the iced drink were cold. Our special instructions were taken into account. Highly recommend!
