The pretzels always arrive hot and are absolutely delicious! The Broomall store is always on their "A Game!" :)

By the next day the pretzels were stale, hard, pale and no salt. The prior day they were fine when I looked in the bag. I don't know why they changed. They did not come in the half box just the bag. The bag was damp by the next day. I had to throw them out. I was so disappointed. I never took a picture but I wish I did. I get pretzels all the time from this store.
